Brief Answer:
Get a chest xray done and meet chest physician

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query.
Lung cancer usually occur in an elderly fellow with smoking history. Symptom usually comprise of cough with blood streaked sputum, weight loss, breathlessness etc.
Bony pain is usually a late symptom and occur when cancer involves the chest wall.

If you are not convinced with the diagnosis get a chest X ray PA view done. If there are mass like lesion then biopsy can be planned. With a fully normal chest X ray lung cancer is unlikely.
But if still you feel that you have cancer then final sort is going for CT thorax which will clear everything but there is risk of radiation exposure.

Best wishes
