Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, you are having viral infection complicated by bronchitis.
You will need antibiotic for faster recovery.

Thanks for your follow up question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, you should continue with your inhalers and cough medicines and wait for 1 week more.
Since you are not having fever and chills, you will be alright in few days.
Also do warm water gargles and steam inhalation 4-5 times a day.
Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.

I can understand your concern.
Yes, you can take Gaviscon syrup.
If still heart burn is there then you can take omeprazole.
Also rinse your mouth after inhaler use. This is to prevent drug deposition in throat and subsequent heart burn and throat infection.
Hope I have solved your query. If you are not having further queries, then please close the conversation and rate my answer.
