Brief Answer:
not wel nited in photo, following causes to consider

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

Thank you for providing the requested picture. Unfortunately, the quality was not good enough to notice the white part.

However, I would ask if:
- have had flu like symptoms recently?
- is it hot where you stay?
- any history of oral sex?
- any personal history of chronic disease?
- taking antibiotics recently?

From what you are describing, I do not see anything to become paranoid. These are normal changes especially if you get cold very easily.

Another possibility might be thrush especially if you have taken antibiotics recently.

Anemia is also another possibility to consider.

Looking forward to have the additional information in.

Brief Answer:
Ok possibly orak thrush

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

Thank you for following up.

ok, then, the antibiotic use might have altered the normal oral flora causing thrush. However, if I was your caring doctor would ask to culture mouth swab to determine the final diagnosis.

For the moment, I advise to :
- keep good oral hygiene
- avoid citrus / frizzy foods
- apply honey mixed with soda bicarbonate on the lips and mouth
- take probiotics to stabilize the gi flora including that of the mouth
- miconazole gel can help. Ask if the sale as OTC in your area.

Hope it will help. Wish fast recovery!

Brief Answer:
ENT /rheumatologist to consult

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

Your family doctor can also ask for lab test and can perfectly treat it. If you want to consult a specialist, you can schedule an appointment with ENT specialist.

With regards to muscle pain you are having, I advise to :
- consult with rheumatologist ; as the pain is located on left side of your body, consult with neurologist to exclude spinal cord or other neurological problems
- take multivitamins containing magnesium and calcium
- take OTC pain killers
- apply warm clothing and analgesic cream locally

All the best!
