Brief Answer:
She requires medicines to decrease gastric acid.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
If she is having Gastritis and diarrhea she should be on medication. I usually advice my patients Tab Pantoprazole 40mg or Cap Omeprazole 20 mg twice a day half an hour before meals. This should be continued for atleast 2 weeks. I also add Tab Emset to three times a day for a week. This should usually resolve the problems. Once the acute phase settles she would require an Ultrasound abdomen.
You should get her examined by a Physician to rule out any dehydration and jaundice which might require blood investigations.
Do not worry. Give her multiple small meals of non acidic things. Avoid all spices and hot beverages.
Give her cold milk, biscuits, etc. If the diarrhea is too much then she would require ORS also.
Do let me know if there are other queries that I can help with.
Take care.
