What Causes Burning Sensation While Urinating And Ejaculating?

Question: I have burning while urinating and ejaculating and am married an monogomos. I'm confident its not an STD. It's been going on for about 5 days. WHat could it be? The opening of my penis closes up and I have to gently open it. TOday when I did that a white discharge that looked like semen dripped out and it was quite painful. I have a red irritation on the shaft as well.

Brief Answer: It could be due to Urethritis. Detailed Answer: Hello Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have burning while urinating and painful ejaculation.and noticed white discharge from urethral opening. This is most likely infection of the urethra (Urethritis). Get swab test and culture of the urethral discharge done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to. In the mean while Please take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefexine along with urinary antiseptCic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report. Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician. Ensure to drink more water.To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria. Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.
