Brief Answer:
its urinary tract infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome again to HealthcareMagic.

The burning sensation while urination is due to urinary tract infection.

And your sugars levels are not controlled. This can be disatorous to your kidney. As with high sugar infection can spread like anything, even can lead to renal failure.

You need to switch to insulin for a rapid sugar contol and get a urine routine and urine culture tests and renal function test and complete blood count and start on antibiotics like nitrofurantoin along with a urine alkalizer. But for all these you need to see a local doctor.

Water you can drink anytime, preferably after meals. And one glass before a meal to reduce your appetite.

Avoid sweets, potatoes, rice and sweet fruits. Eat more of green vegetables, whole grains and oats.

Please do not delay the treatment.

Could you please advice some tonics for weight gain as i am also losing weight and having weakness very often, my CBC reports donot have any abnormalities and every thing is in range.

Also let me know the requirements like morning sample/night sample for urine culture/routine test and whether KFT requires empty stomach or with meals.
I am currently 45kg and 5feet 2inch height,

Brief Answer:
control sugar, weight will improve

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

The weight loss is due to your uncontrolled sugar. Due to lack of insulin the body is unable to utilize the sugars and thus breaking down the proteins leading to weight loss. Control the sugar levels, don't over eat thinking that will increase the weight, it will only derange the sugar levels even more.

Urine sample has to be first morning void. And better to go fasting for the renal function test so that you can also get your fasting sugar levels checked too and at the same time get your HbA1C levels checked too. These will help in better planning for sugar control by your physician.

Brief Answer:
it won't help as they have sugar in them

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Unless your sugar gets controlled you won't be able to gain weight.

And when it gets controlled you will start gaining weight.

Please remove this notion from your mind that there are any such tonics. They are all sugar loaded multivitamin syrups.
