Brief Answer:
Please, get your urine tested!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this burning sensation that you have reported during urination. This is suggestive of a possible urethral infection. This may be caused by typical germs or some other atypical germs. In order to correctly identify the cause and provide specific treatment that would be able to address this problem, we would need to do some basic tests.

I will like to see you do a urine culture as well as a urethral smear and culture. These will not only identify the cause but would also show what drug(s) can be used to effectively clear off the infection.

If you have risk factors for other STDS like multiple sexual partners, no protection during intercourse, etc, I will recommend that you get full testing for STDs.

I hope this helps and addresses your query fully. I wish you well and thank you so much for using our services. Please, feel free to ask for more information and clarification if need be.
