Brief Answer:
monitor the situation carefully

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking,

I can understand your concern,

Inhalation of toxic fumes is quite dangerous.

In your case, you should do aerosols (nebulizer) with steroids ( like Budesonide ) twice daily for some days (2-3 days depending on your situation ).

You can take also painkillers if needed (like Paracetamol), try to get as much as fresh air.

If with the above, the situation gets worse, eg. if you feel breathlessness than you should definitely get medical help for further examinations and follow-up of your lungs status

Please monitor your situation carefully.

Take care and feel to ask me again
