Detailed answer
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understand your concern.
Feeling hot feet or burning sensation in feet is a very common complaint and is usually due to damage of nerves of feet and leg.
There are various causes for it and for proper treatment, the basic root cause must be identified.
There are number of conditions which can result in feeling hot feet  and the most common ones are
diabetes, alcoholism, deficiency of VIT B12, hypothyroidism, peripheral vascular disease etc
Sometimes even HIV/ AIDS can also cause this.
In about 20-25% cases, cause is not identified.
Other reasons could be rheumatoid arthritis, chronic kidney diseases etc.
You must consult a doctor and get investigated properly so as to identify the cause.
Once the cause is identified, proper treatment can be instituted.
Till you consult a doctor,start a B complex vitamin.
I hope it helps, however you are most welcome to revert to me for any further query.
Best of luck
Thanks
