What Causes Burning Sensation In Scrotum?

Question: I Have hydrocele testis which do not bother me generally. For the past week, however, I have had a slight burning sensation in my scrotum. I have no problem urinating and the sensation does not increase when doing so.

It may probably be due to urinary tract infection. Though hydrocele, does not cause symptoms for long period of time. It needs to be evaluated for complications and treated surgically to avoid them.

Drink plenty of water, which may help in relieving burning sensation.
