More on this I have consulted to skin specialist also earlier , he was saying that its fungal infection not as such fissure .

associated with dryness , crusting of skin around anus without fissure )

* Recommendations for better recovery
- Continue candid powder application 3 times a day
- Addition of soothing agent as lavender talc powder intermittently also 3-4
times a day will give fast results
- In our clinic we recommend a course of antibiotics as
Azithromycin ( 250 ) mg morning and evening after meals for 5 days
Fluconazole (150 ) mg once at night for 2 days
Cetrizine ( 5 ) mg for excess itching
- Keep area clean with antiseptic liquid
- Soft cushion support ( when sitting , driving ) help avoid discomfort from
excess friction part
- Avoid tight jeans
