What Causes Burning Sensation After Urinating Along With Irritation?

Question: Hi Dr...I have an burning sensation after urinating with irritation since last 2 months.I feel it started after an intercourse without protection. Checked for Urine complete test and culture test and found normal.Here Doctor checked for VDRL test and result is Non-Reactive/HIV-0.005(Non-Reactive).But still irritation is there. What medicine should i take for erradicating this burning sensation and irritation after urinating. Even this symptom is more when i am idle and in a sitting position...I feel very hot in my anus and urethra...Please help...

Thanks for posting your query.

You mentioned about your urine examination. Please mention how many pus cells present in the urine deposit. Whether culture for gonorrhea tried or only for other organisms. Blood test for Chlamydia and ureaplasma and Mycoplasma have to be performed to rule out all STD organism. Drink plenty of water
(3 Litres/day).
If all tests come normal and not get relieved even after drinking adequate water prostatic massage has to be done and the massage fluid has to be investigated.
