Brief Answer:
Can be suggestive of problem with stent, adviced stress thallium.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks of choosing HCM for your query,
Chances of stent thrombosis are very high during the initial 30 days of stenting.
A chest pain which persisted for hours can not be neglected especially when you had stenting just 3weeks ago.
consult your cardiologist as soon as possible ,he may do stress thallium test to rule out if stent is doing well or not.
It should be taken very seriously !
Thanks.
