Brief Answer: Additional medical data is necessary... Detailed Answer: Hi, I have gone through your medical history and feel sorry for the situation you are in. Before running into final conclusions, I'd like to have more of your medical data: - apart burning, do you also have penis discharge? - is your anus also burning? - do you have difficulty (pain, burning) during urination? - are you also having abdominal pain? - any other health problem you are facing (fever, etc.)? - any medication you are taking recently? - have you run any lab test recently? All these data are necessary to identify your real problem and get properly treated. Thank you! Dr.Albana

Brief Answer: Possible fungal infection;check blood sugar&TSH... Detailed Answer: Hi, Thank you for sending in more of your medical data. So, it might be a fungal infection. Valtrex won't help as you might need to start anti-fungal therapy. Can discuss it further with your dermatologist as such medications need prescription. You might need oral and topical treatment. I also suggest to measure the levels of blood sugar and TSH in order to exclude other underlying metabolic diseases. With regards to enlarged prostate, it is often associated with UTI and genital infection (especially urethritis). Hope it was of help! Let me know if you need further clarifications! Dr.Albana
