Brief Answer:
Adipose tissue.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I think all of those bumps are adipose tissue. They are pockets of fat and blurping out of the thin skin. Yeah there can be lymphodema with non pitting type.

It needs an addressal from Bariatric surgeon.

I had 2 hemmorhoidectomies three months ago. I had severe pain after passing stool in the cocyx area after to the debilititating point. I'm no longer on medication, but every single morning and throughout the day I have diahrea (sic) with globule like stool and the the body automatically forces pressure on my anus. I have frequent headaches along with an increased appetite. I am never full. I also experience fatigue. I can't seem to gain any weight even though I eat plenty of protein and carbs. I also sweat profusely from my abdomen area and and hot and cold chills. I'm a 33 year old male in excellent shape with zero body fat and historically have been around 185 lean muscle. I'm currently 160 and cannot put on weight. please advise. dennis

For months I am unable to form a stool. What little does form is similar to sardines, thin slivers. No constipation medicine helps. It seems that everything turns into abdominal fat even thought my diet is very healthy. Blood tests are excellent. Thank you.
