What Causes Bumps On Penis?
Question: hello, I am seeing a small cluster of small smooth bumps on the shaft of my penis. they have been there for about a week and I was hoping if you could take a look and see if they are anything to be concerned about. I have been sexually active with about 10 partners. they do not hurt or irritate me in anyway. I did damage the bigger one earlier in the week by picking at it. I am just curious to know if it is any form of STD or from sweat (or other hygiene issue) or razor irritation.

I have gone through your query and picture. It looks like fordyce spots. These are modified sebaceous prominences which are harmless also.
You can take more garlic and antioxidants to get rid off this. Avoid sweaty and greasy environment on genital area as these may stimulate its occurrence. Tretinoin cream locally also is helpful for this.

Still it look like fordyce spots. As you don't have any other symptoms like itching , burning sensation or pain herpes is most unlikely. If you getting such symptoms then go for HSV 1 and 2 tests to rule out Herpes and VDRL test to rule out syphilis.
Don't poke it. You can use aloe vera gel which is available over the counter for local application.
