Brief Answer:
There could be possibility of infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

I have read your query and will be answered by me.

If they are bug bites over her then they are usually not dangerous to life of a person but needs proper care and treatment.

It would be better if you could tell me your daughter's age and upload the clinical picture of that spots as there is a feature to upload the images and reports available on the right side this query page.

However, following measures are advised in case of bug bites,

1. Clean the bite with mild soap and water.

2. Apply cold packs to the bite, to reduce pain, redness and inflammation.

3. Give over-the-counter antipyretics like Tab.Tylenol and anti-allergic drugs like cetrizine 10 mg or allegra-120mg (fexofenadine).

5. Apply antiseptic cream and injection TT should also be given if not taken yet.

6. Antibiotics can also be given orally (as she has fever on and off) preferably cephalosporins like tab.cefadroxyl or tab.cefixime.

As antibiotics are prescription drugs, you should consult your local doctor or GP who will know the medicines and can inspect the spots and write all the above medications.

Hope your query is answered and will help you.

Fell free to ask if you have any doubts.

Regards,

Brief Answer:
Seem to be some allergic reaction like urticaria

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the follow-up,
I have gone through the pictures that you uploaded,

It seems to be allergic reaction like hives or urticaria or but the infective component can not be ruled out as your daughter has also fever on and off.

In both cases, treatment will remain more or less same as I wrote earlier but you take her to some local doctor or GP (if it takes much time for dermatologist appointment) who will inspect that spots and prescribe antibiotics with supportive treatment in appropriate dosages.

If you still have any query then feel free to ask me.

Regards,
