Brief Answer:
Fo how long has this been going on!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I will like to know for how long the has been going on and whether he has had any surgery of the prostate. Also, is he having other symptoms such as frequent painful urination in small volumes?

If this is a recent observation and there are no other symptoms, I suggest that you observe only at this time. If there are any other symptoms, kindly report to me for further evaluation and insights to you.

I hope to hear back from you. I wish your husband well.

we have observed the bubbles for about 1 month
he had a prostate biopsy about 6 years ago, they found nothing.
at times he recently had some burning with urination and used my AZO, which resolved it.
at night, he has a weak stream at times, but has pressure that signals the need to void. in the morning he voids normally.

Brief Answer:
He probably has hypertrophy of the prostate.!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

He probably had a urinary tract infection which was managed with the Azo. This is true given the resolution of symptoms after taking this drug. However, the weak urinary stream signals a very common problem with elderly which is a hypertrophied prostate. This might not entirely explain the bubbles and I will suggest that you consider sending a urine sample for analysis. Also, we have many drugs that can help with the weak urine stream if this becomes too worrisome to him.

Please keep me posted on this and let me know if you want us to talk on any other concerns that you may have.

Kind Regards
