Brief Answer:
may be pneumaturia

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Air in the urine is called pneumaturia, this may be the problem for you.

This refers to the presence of gas mixed up with urine. IN most cases there would be additional symptoms such as discomfort of urination or frequency of urination.

If this is the diagnosis for you , there are different possible causes such as: (1) divericulitis - diverticula are out pockets that can develop in the colon. They can become inflamed or infected- this is diverticulitis

(2)protein in the urine
(3)cancer is a rare cause
(4)inflammatory bowel disease such as crohns disease or ulcerative colitis
(5)infection
(6)history of trauma

If it continues or other symptoms develop then you need to consider seeing your doctor for an assessment which would include physical examination, urine analysis and imaging.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
