Question: I have been experiencing some symptoms lately in the morning when Wake up my urine is bubbly and my face is puffy. I don't know what's causing this.

Based on your symptoms I think you should do an abdominal ultrasound to see the kidneys, a urine test, a urine culture and azotemia, creatinine in order to exclude kidney problem.

thank you I will do that I also take medication called sertaline if that helps
