Brief Answer:
It need a dermatologist evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,welcome to HealthcareMagic forum.
I am Dr Aslam here to help you.
From your description,it seems like you are having a skin condition called DERMOGRAPHISM or DERMOGRAPHIC URTICARIA.
This is an idiopathic skin disease, characterized by itchy lesions appearing at sites of skin trauma/stress.temporary relief can be obtained from drugs like antihistamines and menthol containing skin lotions.Avoiding such skin trauma/stress will help in preventing frequent recurrences. Also,it is better to avoid hot bath.

But,such symptoms can also be secondary to some other skin diseases like psoriasis, lichen planus etc. This is called Kobner phenomenon or isomorphic response. This will come down with treatment of the primary skin disease.
So it will be fine if you could see a dermatologist so that we can have the correct diagnosis and management.
Hope I have answered your query. If you have further questions,I will be happy yo help.
Wishing you good health,Thank you.
