Brief Answer:
MRI SCAN of the spine is the required investigation

Detailed Answer:
Hello Madam.

I have worked through your query in detail.

You possibly require an MRI scan of the spine rather than CT.

The lumps and associated spine damage could have contributed to this pain in the lower leg.

Therefore, it's important to get the MRI spine At the earliest to determine the further course of action.

If possible kindly upload images of the lumps for further information.

Post your further questions if any.
Thank you.
