What Causes Bruise-like Circles On Breast, Abdomen And Thighs?
Question: Over the past yr I have developed bruises like circles on my Breast , abdomen and thighs. They last for several months then turn white and have a red / purple ring. around them them. One of them on my Breast actually changed the pigment of my XXXXXXX Breast to a white circle. I Have been tested for lupus and shrodresns disease. All negative. They keep appearing but they don't hurt or itch, please help. Doctors have no idea what is going on. They just keep referring me to specialist who still have no idea. Also have severe dry mouth and joint pain in hands and fatigue developed around same time. Have had some eye/ head issues with can't see clearly but fear it's from my head. It's weird. Have virago like issues also, pleas help

Still have the same skin issues. Again there is no pain or irritation just looks terrible. The ones that developed on my breasts turned white and changed my pigment of my skin.

The skin rash in your case seems to be atypical in the presentation.
The possibility of fixed drug eruptions or Photodermatosis is high.
The possibility of autoimmune skin disease is till high even in the absence of SLE and Sjogren's.
I advise you to get further investigations- Anti CCP antibodies and a Skin biopsy.
Further management if any, is based on the test results.
