Brief Answer:
Need to see your doctor immediately

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns about the pain and brown spot.

Symptoms you are describing seem to be of labor pains.

Since you are only 34 weeks, it is early (preterm) to deliver.

Please see your gynecologist to prevent progress of pain for few more weeks so that baby is mature enough.

Let me know if you need anymore help.

Brief Answer:
Placenta Previa is dangerous

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I saw your ultrasound scan report.

This shows placenta Previa . A life threatening condition where placenta is on lower part and can be life threatening.

You might need cesarean section delivery.

If you still have pain, please go to hospital and get admitted.

Let me know if you need anymore help.

Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry now

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Placenta Previa is known to be associated with abnormal position like transverse lie or breech.

The chances of head turning down exist but less.

Since your contractions have reduced than previously, your chances of preterm delivery are less.

An ultrasound scan after 2 weeks needs to be checked if head has turned down and if placenta has moved up. Chances of normal delivery depends on that.

Let me know if you need anymore help.
