Question: I just finished my first month of Microgestin 1.5/30. I took the pill at the same time every day and started the pills on the first day of my period. My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex during the first month. The pack only has 3 weeks of pills. At the start of my week off (week 4) I experienced heavy brownish spotting. The next week I never got my period. Was the spitting my period or could I be pregnant?
