Brief Answer:
transvaginal ultrasound

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, I understand your health concerns.
It is not a good thing to have this kind of problem plus you had just a brown discharge this time.
I would suggest you to get a transvaginal ultrasound from a good radiologist.
If everything comes out to be normal then take oral pills for 3 cycles which will help in a dual way.
It will regularize your cycle and give you contraception benefit also.
Get the ultrasound and then we can discuss further management after the report.
Waiting for your response.

Brief Answer:
can try pills without ultrasound

Detailed Answer:
You can talk to the hospital management about it and just pay for ultrasound only and not the prescription of the doctor.
At least try once if possible otherwise you can directly take three months cycle of oral pills and then leave it and see if everything gets normal.
Take care.
