Brief Answer:
Get an ultrasound done

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
In general discharge is common in pregnancy but since you have had an abortion at almost same time earlier also it is not a good sign.
In my opinion you need to visit a gynecologist at the earliest and get an ultrasound done so that she can delineate the cause of discharge if any.
Till then take as much rest as possible and avoid intercourse and any heavy work or long standing.
Take tablet Duphaston 10 mg twice a day as it will help in better blood supply to baby and prevent abortion process.
All the best.

Brief Answer:
Take rest till 12 weeks

Detailed Answer:
I'm very happy for you and relieved that you showed up to the emergency room immediately.
You have decided the right thing to take off for two weeks as this much rest will suffice and after 12 weeks it is perfect to move about as the placenta starts working so good hormone support to the baby from inside is there.
Just take rest and avoid intercourse along with tablet duphaston and folic acid as advised.
All the best dear..
