Brief Answer:
Seems to some extent not normal

Detailed Answer:
Hi.Welcome to healthcaremagic and thanks for trusting us for your health related queries.
You have two doubts. One is regarding bleeding and the other one is cramps.

Well, firstly i would like to tell about cramps. There are reasons for cramps apart from periods too.For example electrolyte imbalance, acidity, indigestion etc. So,cramps can occur during non period time also. But,usually women think that cramps occur only during periods.

Secondly, about bleeding.Usually bleeding is expected to be 4-5 days.In this span itself,it starts with light red color then becomes bright red then gradually returns back to again light red color.

A week before period and continue to spot seems to be not normal.

Advice:visit a nearby gynecologist as soon as possible for further management.

I hope this information is helpful and useful.

Feel free to ask further queries.
