Question: Hi! Last Thursday I have started spotting.Saturday morning I took a home pregnancy test which came back positive, about half an hour later I have started bleeding then rushed to hospital.The hospital test came back negative.i passed bright red blood with tissue.Now I feel pain in my lower left side.what can it be?thanks

Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
If the urine pregnancy test was positive once and you have passed tissues with blood, then it is likely to be abortion.
I will suggest you to get an ultrasound done to evaluate the cause of pain. It can be due to post abortal infection.
