What Causes Bright Red Blood In Stool?

Question: ive had blood in my stool the past 2 weeks and almost every time ive went. its happened in the past on and off the last 2 years. blood is bright red and runny and normally at the top of the stool or at the end. i will attach a picture of my anus. thank you any help will be great

I read your question and I understand your concern. Blood in stools bright red in color is local rectal source. Suspicion of hemorrhoid, anal fissure or tags is high. Other possibilities of polyps or colitis is there but less likely. apparently there is no visible deformity in anus. Please consult a local surgeon, let them have a digital rectal exam and other tests to find the source of bleeding. Youbmost likely will have constipation, so treat constipation with laxatives and diet lifestyle modifiers like fibrous diet and plenty of fluids intake and regular exercise.

so any areas in the picture i sent to you look alarming to you? im planning on seeing a dr. friday but i am on vacation right now and just have a bad feeling it is cancer. thanks for your response
