1- heart failure
2- coronary artery disease
3- a lung disease
4- chronic anemia
5- adrenal gland or thyroid dysfunction
6- low blood pressure.

For this reason, I would recommend consulting with your attending physician for a careful physical exam and performing some tests:

- a resting ECG and cardiac ultrasound to examine your cardiac function and structure
- a chest X ray study and respiratory function tests to rule in/out possible lung disorder
- some blood lab tests (complete blood count, thyroid hormone levels, cortisol plasma levels, kidney and liver function tests, blood electrolytes, fasting glucose, blood lipid profile).
