Brief Answer: You have underline depression Detailed Answer: Hi Thanks for using healthcare magic. I, Dr Abhishek Kapoor, would help you in this query. I think, you have underline depression. Let me first explain few things about depression. Depression is a state of low mood along with anxiety symptoms, emptiness, hopelessness, helplessness, worthlessness, guilt feeling, irritability or restlessness. Patient may lose interest in activities that once were pleasurable, experience loss of appetite, poor concentrating, difficulty in making decisions, crying spells etc. You have many symptoms out of them. In that case, you need treatment with antidepressant like paroxetine or escitalopram. These medications are not available over the counter, so better to consult a psychiatrist for proper management. Answer me few more questions, so i could help you in proper way: 1. Do you have personal or professional issue? 2. Any past history of depression? 3. Have you get your thyroid profile checked? Brief Answer: Tell me exact problem in personal life Detailed Answer: Hi I can understand your problem. May be last time, you were on few sedative drugs, but i would suggest you few antidepressant like paroxetine, that does not have any sedative effect. It would help you to control underline depressive and negative thoughts. In your case, best treatment is solve the issues in personal and professional life. Medicine would help only superficially, but best support is from family. Tell me the exact issue in personal or professional life, so i could suggest solution accordingly.
