Question: Hi, I have tinnitus with hearing loss for both sides, but its unequal.
I hear better in the left side but not the right side, the problem started at right ear then expanded to left ear.

Local doctors couldn't find any cause except that one doctors said that he suspect that the adenoid are enlarged.

these are some symptoms I have.

hearing increase in yawning
difficult breathing from nose
fullness in ears
I hear cracks in ears.
I got Septorhinoplasty surgery but nothing is changed

I don't have any other problem except hearing loss, the tinnitus sound is low not annoying, I have normal life except hearing lost.

I'm male, 33 years old, 82kg, 6 feet.

Brief Answer:
Audiometry needs to be done.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your query. Tinnitus is often associated with sensorineural hearing loss. You need to get an audiometry done in order to get the condition evaluated. Hearing aids with masking sounds are likely to provide you relief.

I would await for you to get the test done. Based on the results I would be able to suggest if medicines would help.

Try taking steam inhalation and see if it helps. Problems of the middle ear cavity may be relieved if you inhale the steam with your nose and mouth.

Regards
