What Causes Breathing Difficulty?

Question: What could be causing the breathing problems. She has been generally healthy . It started after the cough and cold she had in winter in Delhi

We need some examinations.

It could be an heart or lung problem. One thing that comes to my mind to correlate the cold she has passed and the actual situation is some kind of viral pericarditis.
But to give an opinion we need at least an chest x ray and an echocardiogram.

So please consult a physician at the earliest and get a complete physical exam and the mentioned tests done.
