Brief Answer:
No chance if tests are normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Welcome to HCM.
Thank you for the query.
I have gone through your query and understand your concern.

If all the tests you have got have come back normal then there very almost nil chances of cardiac problem. Kindly do not worry about your heart as it is perfectly normal.
I have also gone through your other posts where you have mentioned that you are a smoker. I would strongly recommend to quit smoking.
Even lung pathology can also cause similar symptoms. I have also noted that your symptoms are not relieved by Antacids like Omeprazole. This rules out gastric pathology like GERD.
I would recommend you to consult your Pulmonologist and get detailed examination and investigations like PFT, chest X ray to rule out any lung pathology. A Pulmonary CT was also advised in one of previous answer.

Your problems are mostly due to Lung pathology and NOT cardiac pathology.
Kindly get it done ASAP.

Hope this helps.
Take care, Bye.

Brief Answer:
Pneumonia, Inflammatory lung disease.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Welcome back.
Thank you for the follow up query.

Atelectasis means partial or complete collapse of lung lobes.
Based on your symptoms and Xray report I would think of Pneumonia or any other Inflammatory( Fibrotic) lung diseases.
This completely rules out any cardiac disease. You can stop worrying about heart and focus on next line management of lung disease.

I would proceed with PFT(Pulmonary function test), Blood tests culture and sensitivity.

Hope this will help you.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
Get PFT. Heart is fine.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Welcome back again.
I understand your confusion.

Minor degree of Atelectasis need not be a big issue as your doctors have opined. But you are still having all these symptoms. This mandates further line of investigations as I have mentioned previously. I would suggest you to get another pulmonologist's opinion in this regard.

About your heart I will again reassure you that nothing is wrong with your heart.
Kindly stop worrying about it. This is the main reason for anxiety. Anxiety further makes you think about all these unnecessary things.

I believe Diazepam has been advised for anxiety. You do not need any other medicines. No medicines will help you if you keep on worrying about heart.

Lastly I would suggest you to start doing cardio exercises like cycling, tredmill, jogging. All these physical activity will increase cardio pulmonary reserve capacity which can help in minimising all of your symptoms.

Regards.

Brief Answer:
Discussed below.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Sudden cardiac deaths occur if the person has cardiac conditions like Hypertrophic Obstructive cardia myopathy (HOCM). But these conditions can be detected in investigations Echo and ECG.
Since all of these tests were normal, there is nothing to worry.

Bye
