Brief Answer: AS BELOW Detailed Answer: Did you say you had been diagnosed as herpes ? To me, the lesions do not look like herpes, rather these are boils ( sebaceous cysts on the labia ). They are quite common in this area. If you had an earlier diagnosis of herpes, please do upload the reports, and get a retesting done by swabbing the lesions. Recurrent sebaceous cysts indicate a persistent / lingering infection in the hair follicles. It can be associated with hair removal methods, but basically, the culprit is perineal hygiene. Do not use any kind of medicated soaps / cleansers / gels / douches / detergents for the private parts. Just clean with lukewarm water without overtly rubbing or scrubbing and then XXXXXXX dry with a gentle linen / cotton towel. Do NOT XXXXXXX or burst or handle the lesions. Have protected intercourse till this problem subsides. Get complete STD screen for yourself and your partner. Get your blood sugar levels tested to rule out diabetes. Wear cotton undergarments and change very frequently, if possible, every 3 - 4 hours if working in a hot , humid or damp environment. You would need antibiotics to resolve these multiple boils. Take the complete course of antibiotics to completely cure the lesions. Consult your gynecologist to have a proper prescription, if possible, based on a swab and culture, as there seems to be a persistent unyielding infection. Also, take probiotics with them, so you do not land up with a concomitant yeast infection. It is vital not to touch, itch or scratch these areas, or boils, as that is how they are spread and increase in number and size. Also, after a bowel movement, or after passing urine, or after intercourse, always wipe from front to back and never the other way around. You can use local antibiotic cream on the boils, such as Soframycin cream. All the best Please feel free to discuss further.

No its not herpes thats what I mentioned earlier that doctors thought that I was herpes but sufficient tests were done and it was proved that no herpes was there Above that m already taking care of every heigyne u mentioned in ur answer... Also simple local creams n ol r not proving worth to use Have tried with all such stuff ... As m suffering from this from last 2.5 yrs Sugar n thyroid test are also done and tests r negative ... I do take full course of antibiotics n medicine everytime But then also they reappear... Not getting the actual reason for recurrence. Kindly suggest any medicine or some test which can reveal the actual reason so that I can b relived from this repetitive problem

Brief Answer: AS BELOW Detailed Answer: If all tests are negative, then you are just predisposed to such repeated infections, some individuals have hyperactive sweat glands, particularly in susceptible areas. Keep the area clean and dry and shave it regularly. YOu could also be breaking out in response to some product you use for that part - tissue paper, latex in condoms, sanitary napkins, synthetic panties or panty - liners, wipes - these are common examples. Get a culture done from the pus in the lesion and take proper specific antibiotics. That would help to eliminate a persistent infection.
