What Causes Body Vibrations, Burning Sensation And Pain During Urination?
Question: my body vibrate during urination ,and burning and pain some occur during urination.sometime i do musterbate to satisfy myself .After musterbation my whole body itching & redness on skin come out.Also i have mucus in my stool on a regular basis.long time ago when i was 15 year old,i do musterbate regularly and my sperm colour was green but it is now white colour.This problem occur when i was 15 year old.I don't do sex with any girl.Iam untreated till now. what happen to me tell me please.

Burning pain during urination could be indicative of some urinary infection like urethritis or cystits but we would be able to say exactly only after complete medical history and clinical examination with some relevant tests.
So,you should go for routine blood works,ESR,urine examination and stool examination for routine-microscopy and ova,cyst as you had also mucus during stool passing.
however, all these symptoms are not related to masturbation since it is completely normal and does not cause any urinary problem.
It is just like 'self sex' and has nothing to do with good/bad health and which never causes weakness in the body.
At present you are having white semen which is completely normal,you need not to bother about it.
Itching and redness after masturbation could be temporary and can be treated with symptomatic antihistamine treatment.
You can consult some local physician who will know about all these investigations and can start medical further treatment if there is anything wrong with this reports.

1) Body Vibrations during urination is quite normal and possibly does not linked with any abnormality.
During urination, the autonomic system can get over stimulated. When you urge to urinate,the longer you wait the tougher it is to hold it in.
Your ANS sends the signals to your bladder and urethral sphincter to hold that urine in at all costs.
When you finally do urinate, your ANS allows the relaxation of the urethral sphincter and the flow to begin.
This switch in the ANS is thought to be the cause of the vibrations which is normal.
Another explanation could be, when you are urinating, you are expelling a fairly warm liquid (urine).
During that time heat leaves your body and that causes a drop in body temperature, so a shiver or vibrations is therefore produced to recover some of that lost heat.
2) Without sex,there are very less chances of having gonorrhea or even any other STDs but without proper clinical examination,it is very difficult to suspect gonorrhea.
You may see some local physician or nearby GP for that who will know about it.
