Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.

It seems you are having acute viral hepatitis (AVH) as evident by
constitutional symptoms of nausea and vomiting, fatigue (not feeling well), malaise (bodyache), fever . With the onset of clinical jaundice, the constitutional prodromal symptoms usually diminish.
Your LFT shows abnormalities in liver biochemical tests in the form of raised SGOT 58.1 & SGPT 93.11. but since serum bilrubin (0.5 mg%) is normal ,it suggests anicteric hepatitis phase.
SGOT and SGPT increase to a variable degree during the prodromal phase of acute viral hepatitis and precede the rise in bilirubin level.
You may repeat LFT to see if there is any rise in serum bilirubin (icteric phase).
However a substantial proportion of patients with viral hepatitis never become icteric and they eventually recover.
Nonalcoholic steatohepatitis [NASH]). is another possibility but constitutional symptoms are unlikely.
You may go for USG (Ultrasonography ) abdomen.
Abdominal imaging (Ultrasonography ) may help to determine whether there is any Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) but it will not be able to determine which individuals with NAFLD have associated liver cell death and inflammation (i.e.,NASH), and specific blood tests to diagnose XXXXXXX are not yet available.
Are you obese? what is your BMI (Body mass index)?
You may continue to avoid fatty food till all the tests results are available.

Sir thank you for your explanations.

Sir should i go for USG abdomen test immediately. and when should i do the LFT test again.

I have been prescribed some medicines by the doctor
they are
Hepamerz (L-Ornithine-L-Aspartate) tablet
Silymarin Tablet (Silybon 70)

apart from the above medicine i am taking multivitamin Supradyn tablet. should i continue the mentioned tabs.

The most important thing i want to ask is sir even after havin these tablets i do still feel nausia, Fatigue, and mild fever. I have taken leave from work for few days. Do do i have to take rest for some more days cause i am a govt servant so i have to extend my leave for few days more please suggest.

About excessive sweating was AVH the cause. because i myself feel that i am sweating a lot these days even in AC room temperature condition.

About my Build I am 5 Ft 5 Inch and my body weight was 70 kg and i do light weight exercise also.
But for the past month i am not feeling well so stopped weight exercise. and i have noticed that i have lost around 10 kgs. now my weight is 62 approx.

Looking forward for your suggestions.

Hi,

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.

You can go for USG abdomen without any delay.
Repeat your LFT after 1 week from the first report i.e it is due now.
For excessive sweating and unwanted weight loss, you can go for thyroid function tests like serum T3,T4 & TSH to exclude thyrotoxicosis.
You can continue both Hepamerz (L-Ornithine-L-Aspartate) tablet and
Silymarin Tablet (Silybon 70) as prescribed by your doctor.
If your repeat serum bilirubin is on rise, you need to take rest.
