Fatigue / Asthenia with low grade fever or generalized body aches can be due to a number of causes. General physical exam would be required to look for a possible source / focus of infection. Complete blood count can be advised to rule out anemia and look for raised TLC count with left shift. These findings can indicate the possible cause. If there is anemia then it should be classified and treated accordingly. Same is the case with a possible infection.
