These symptoms can be caused by cataract.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care magic

I am Dr. DADAPEER K, an Ophthalmologist and I will be answering your question.

I reviewed your history.

It seems from the history that your husband is having symptoms of blurred vision and light headedness following exposure to bright sunlight.
These symptoms can be caused by cataract.
If the cataract is significant this requires treatment by cataract surgery.

Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question and the information is helpful to you.
Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
