I have two blueish darkish spots on my labia monoria. there not really like spots.. or marks it looks more like it was smeared there. their right beside eachother. and its literally on the edge of my labia , folding around the edge.. you can see little parts of it on eatheir side of my labia.. both placed the same. my mother remembers me having a bitch mark there when I was a baby. and ive had them for as long as I can remember--- could this be vulvar cancer.. they do not hurt, not raised and their completely flat . but I also find.. that my labia monoria is darker all around the edge where they are placed.

Brief Answer:
vulval cancer is not an option.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXX!

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

From the picture they seem to be just skin tags or congenital moles. It doesn't look like vulvar cancer. The fact that they are flat, not raised and don't cause any kind of discomfort makes it more likely to be benign skin tags.
If you have had these marks since birth or since you can remember then vulvar cancer is not an option.
Since they have been there for a long time and didn't change in dimensions or structure ,then you have nothing to worry. They are not caused from a specific disease and for sure it is not vulvar cancer.
They doesn't seem to be of concern.

Hope it helps.
Let me know if you have any other question or doubts to clarify.I will be happy to assist you further.
