Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
I have gone through your query.

How is the climate at your place, is it hot, slight bleeding from the nose is common. But it is better to get it examined by the ENT specialist. Presently I would suggest you to avoid direct sunlight and going out as much as possible. Avoid nose picking if she does. Use of any nasal lubricants like saline nasal drops will be beneficial.
Slight blood post vomiting is common, as there will be slight injury to esophagus as result of vomiting and also due to acidic content of the gastric content. Other possibility is that the blood might be from teeth or throat.

Does she have nausea now?
Does she have any dental issues?

Presently I would suggest you to drink cold water, capsule omeprazole 20 mg once daily, empty stomach before breakfast for 5 days.
Avoid spicy and oily food for few days till the symptoms are resolved. Avoid or reduce the intake of meat, dairy products, and add more fiber to your diet. Eat lots salads, vegetables, fresh fruits. You can take probiotics like Sporolac or Ecobion which will be beneficial and you can take curd. Avoid gas producing foods like peas, cabbage, legumes, etc. Eat light meals prepared under hygienic conditions. Avoid eating fast and talking while eating.
Try these measures and your symptoms should reduce, if it persists or intensity increases I would suggest you get it examined and investigated by local doctor.

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you. Please accept my answer in case you do not have further queries.

Take care.
