What Causes Blood In Urine?

Question: I was urinating when I coughed hard and it felt like I was urinating fire for a split second. Afterwords blood poored out of the end of my urethra for 5 minutes. It finally stopped but now I have gone to th h e bathroom a vCard o u please Times and significant blood is still coming out.
