Brief Answer:
Possible gynecological lesion/irritation or hemorrhoids.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for using HCM to post your question.

The fact that your urine is ok, means that the blood is not coming from the urine.
It may come either from the vulva and vagina, or from the anus.
You should check yourself and see if you can find any irritative lesion in your vulva or vagina.
Hemorrhoids can be causes of wiping blood. Those will be like lumps coming out of the anus.

Let me know if you can notice anything like that.
Otherwise you will need to do a gynecologist examination and a rectal examination to a local doctor.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you have other questions or concerns.

Regards,
Dr. Klara.
