Brief Answer:
Unusual to find blood in urine so long after TURP.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX and welcome to HCM.

As an Urologist,i can fully understand your concern.

It's unusual to find blood in urine,so long after TURP.
You should get the following done :

1. urine routine and culture.
2. Blood routine, creatinine, RBS, platelets, PSA and LFT.

Once these reports are seen, along with the MRI report, i can give you an expert opinion.
If you're on any medication, please mention that also.

Wish you well.
