Need not worry much;but need evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXX, welcome to HealthcareMagic forum.
Thanks for posting to us.

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns.

First let me clear few more points.
Is this for the first time? Do you have past history of illnesses like prostatomegaly? Are you a smoker?

Though most of the times, these are caused by benign lesions like cysts, blood in urine in elderly males need evaluation to rule out any significant pathological change in the urinary tract.

So it will be fine if you can see an urologist for evaluation.
After clinical examination, you may be asked for few investigations like urine test, blood test, USG abdomen etc.

Hope this answer will help.
Kindly follow up.
Wishing you good health.Thank you.
