Brief Answer:
Get Urine examination done

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

The cause of blood could likely be due to Cystitis. I would require additional information for me to be able to assist you better
1. Is she having repeated Urinary infection?
2. Does she presently have urinary complaints like increased frequency of Urination, burning while passing Urine
3. Does she have fever?
4. Is there any discharge from vagina

At present I would suggest the following test to be done

1. Urine Routine and miscroscopic examination
2. Coagulation Profile
3. Ultrasound of abdomen.
4. Urine Culture and antibiotic sensitivity

In the meantime I would suggest you following
1. Ensure good intake of water: 2-3 liter a day, will ensure good urine output and will flush out infection
2. Continue antibiotics.

In case you require any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take Care
