I would need further information before opining on the cause and treatment for it.
Since when you have this blood in urine with hurting?
Whether pain started before hematuria or not?
How long Burning was there earlier to this complaint?
Any chills after you urinate?
These queries would help me to help you our more.

To pass blood at this age could be ominous sign and hence I would advise you to take more care if you don't find any relief, from this primary advise. For this I would advise you to Check with your Gyneac doctor if need be.

Still with whatever limited facts are given,please follow as suggested -
Take plenty of fluids x 3-4 liters
Take Lemon juice with baking soda x 2/3 times per day
Take antibiotics/antispasmodics- from your doctor to control the infection that may cause hematuria with burning urine
Check your urine for microscopic/USG for bladder, kidney, ureter/ Complete blood test to pinpoint the systemic /and causative diagnosis for blood in urine.

Hope this would help you to plan treatment with your doctor.
If need be you may need treatment from Urologist, which your Gyneac doctor would decide.
