Brief Answer:
Her stool is suggetive of constipation.

Detailed Answer:
Hi ,
Thanks for choosing HealthcareMagic for your query,
Have gone through your concerns and would be answering them.

Most likely the cause of blood in stool is erosion of rectal mucosa due to hard stools. Intestines are lined by layer of cells called as mucosa. This is very thin in small childens and is vunerable to rupture or breeches causing blood in stool.Hard stools whiole passing through rectum erodes it causing mild bleeding. So if we correct her stool consistency the problem of bleeding would settle down automatically.
The nature of her stool is clearly suggesting that she is constipated.Constipation in kids is common, and most of the times is caused by diet. Please make sure that she’s taking in enough fibre, fruits, vegetables and water. Try to limit milk (which can increase constipation) to not more then 24 ounces a day. And curd and yoghurt to her diet,Give her lot of fibrous fruits like orange apple and pears. prune juice is a natural laxative give to her daily. If these changes don’t help in 2 weeks or bleeding increasing then consult a pediatric surgeon who would initially examine her rectal and anal canal to rule out possibility of Anal fissure or polyps.Give her a good probiotic daily for few weeks.

However initially just change her diet for 2 weeks.
