Brief Answer:
need exam

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question.
It could be from a hemorrhoid but it could also be something more serious like colon cancer. Please see a doctor as soon as possible to get this checked out. Colon cancer is treatable but you need a colonoscopy to diagnose it and that is usually done by a gastroenterologist. If you have had a colonoscopy recently then it is not likely cancer but you still need to be checked by your doctor to make sure that it is nothing serious.
Let me know if you have further questions.
Regards,
Dr. Robinson
